Job summary

PNC Bank is seeking a Senior Counsel in the Asset Management Group, with potential placements in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, or DC. The role focuses on IRAs, ERISA, fiduciary duties, and regulatory compliance within retirement products and investment management relationships.

You will advise operations and sales, review retirement-related documentation, and collaborate with Legal across business lines to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with IRAs and ERISA.
• Advising operations and sales on applicable law including IRC, ERISA, DOL, IRS.
• Knowledge of ERISA fiduciary duties, plan assets, and distributions.
• Experience reviewing retirement-related forms, notices, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with legal colleagues across lines of business.

• Manage outside counsel relationships and strategy.
