As a Benefits Consultant Senior within PNC's HR Strategy and Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Consultant with a strong background in retirement plans, pension administration, and compliance. This role will support both defined contribution and defined benefit plans, with a preference for candidates who have deeper pension experience. Key Responsibilities: · Provide consulting and administrative support for 401(k), pension, and other qualified retirement plans. · Analyze retirement plan data, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. · Support retirement plan operations, including distributions, compliance testing, and day-to-day plan administration. · Review and interpret discrimination testing results and assist with annual regulatory filings, including Form 5500 preparation and review. · Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure plan compliance and operational excellence.
