• Excellent client communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and administrative support for 401(k), pension, and other qualified retirement plans.
• Analyze retirement plan data, troubleshoot issues, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Support retirement plan operations, including distributions, compliance testing, and day-to-day plan administration.
• Review discrimination testing results and assist with Form 5500 preparation.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure plan compliance and operational excellence.
