Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Retirement Product Manager within its Institutional Asset Management group. The role will focus on delivering investment advisory and education solutions to sponsors of defined contribution plans, working with advisors and educators to design and promote products and services.

The position emphasizes collaboration with sales, marketing and risk/compliance teams, with opportunities to lead new business opportunities and improve participant education offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with investment advisors for defined contribution plans.
• Experience delivering presentations and webinars.
• Knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies.
• Track record in leading sales initiatives.
• Experience with non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
• CFA designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives business and financial results through product design and promotion.
• Uses emerging technologies to deliver products across channels; develops business cases and rollout plans.
• Monitors marketplace trends to identify needs and develop innovative features.
• Partners with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and internal service partners; supports risk management and compliance.
• Drives customer experience results and suggests feature/marketing modifications.
