The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retirement services, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and a proven ability to translate complex plan data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of retirement services experience.
• Experience with 401(k) plans, pension plans and Form 5500.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and administrative support for retirement plans.
• Analyze retirement plan data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Support retirement plan operations, including compliance testing and Form 5500 filings.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure plan compliance.
