Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers. You will coordinate service deliverables, manage accurate responses, and ensure efficient handling of insurance processing and customer experience delivery.

The role requires subject matter expertise in client services, coordination, and knowledge of underwriting requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, premiums, commissions.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and manage quotes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals.
• Respond to client inquiries and mutual requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies as needed.
• Assist with insurance marketing and sales.
• Maintain and update client data in agency management systems.
• Document all activities in Applied Systems / EPIC.
