CSC is seeking a Benefits Analyst on the Global Benefits Strategy team to administer and analyze U.S. employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement programs, and to collaborate with brokers, consultants, and internal partners.

The role emphasizes annual U.S. benefits renewals, data analysis, and developing recommendations, with opportunities to contribute to global benefits initiatives and Total Rewards projects across CSC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with significant experience in U.S. benefits (healthcare, retirement/401(k)).
• Exposure to global or multi-country benefits is a plus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support U.S. benefits renewals, plan reviews, benchmarking, and data analysis.
• Partner with brokers, consultants, and vendors to manage benefits initiatives.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate benefits concepts clearly.
• Analyze benefits data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommendations.
• Support Total Rewards initiatives and broader benefits programs.
