Responsibilities

• Combine Organization and Active Listening into a coherent workflow.
• Support daily operations at the Berkeley site and keep workflows moving.
• Prevent Organization debt from accumulating on your watch.
• Spot where Active Listening breaks before it shows up in a dashboard.
• Read a Mentoring system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
