Job summary

Rancho Health is seeking an HR Benefits Manager to own and drive administration of employee benefits across multiple plans for ~800 lives. This remote-first role leads financial oversight, compliance, and vendor management with a focus on a 2027 transition to self-funded medical plans.

You will partner with HR leadership, Finance, brokers, and vendors, overseeing renewals, enrollment, and communications while ensuring accurate eligibility and system configuration in ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in benefits administration and self-funded plans preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day benefits administration across plans.
• Lead renewals, open enrollment, and communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and issue resolution.
• Oversee 2027 self-funded transition.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA.
