Undisclosed is seeking a benefits leader to manage the full U.S. benefits lifecycle in a remote-first, globally distributed organization.

You will oversee enrollment, COBRA, and offboarding, ensure ERISA/ ACA/ HIPAA compliance, and partner with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to drive scalable benefits programs.

This role supports benefits and people operations across multiple locations and international markets in a fast-growing company.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee enrollment, open enrollment, COBRA, and employee offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, Section 125, and state rules.
• Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and Legal on benefits administration.

Compensation:

• Base salary ranges from $90,220 to $136,600 based on location.
• Benefits include unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and equity.
