Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Benefits Account Manager to lead strategic client engagements for employee benefits programs. You will serve as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, develop coverage strategies, and provide expert guidance on ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with sales, underwriting, and service teams, manage renewals, and ensure smooth implementation of new plans with on-site presence in Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years servicing employee benefit clients in the small and large group segment.
• L&H license required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings to review benefit programs and improvements.
• Provide strategic advice on health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to negotiate terms and services.
• Oversee implementation of new benefit plans and ensure compliance.
