Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client service for complex accounts and supervise service delivery. You will mentor team members, collaborate with Producers and Account Executives, and drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction through expert guidance and proactive risk management.

The role emphasizes deep insurance knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to lead through influence, with on-site collaboration and detailed file documentation to minimize E&O

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life insurance license for the state of operation.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products and carrier markets.
• Strong proficiency in electronic systems and agency management platforms; MS Office skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and influence others without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to pursuing professional insurance designations.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, focusing on complex accounts.
• Lead client service delivery, coordination, prioritization, and quality control.
• Mentor and guide Account Managers and Account Associates; support development.
• Partner with Producers and Account Executives on strategy, renewals, and commitments.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes and stakeholder communication.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies with Producers and service teams.
• Review and negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms with carriers for complex placements.
• Identify trends and drive continuous improvement; manage risks and coverage gaps.
