Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic client service leader and is the primary contact for complex accounts, overseeing service delivery, mentoring team members, and partnering with Producers and Account Executives to drive retention and growth.

This role requires deep subject matter expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through influence.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life insurance license for the state where the agency operates.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products, carrier markets, and client service best practices.
• Proficiency with agency management platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients focusing on complex accounts.
• Leads overall client service delivery across the service team.
• Mentors Account Managers and Account Associates; supports their development.
• Partners with Producers and Account Executives on client strategy and renewals.
• Oversees new business and renewal processes, timelines, and communication.
• Develops renewal and placement strategies with teams.
• Reviews coverage, pricing, and terms with carriers for complex placements.
• Ensures service standards are met and drives improvements.
• Acts as trusted advisor to identify risks and coverage gaps.
• Maintains accurate client files to minimize E&O exposure.
