Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits to oversee a portfolio remotely with hybrid on-site options in Longwood, FL. You will lead account coordinators, manage renewals, and pursue new business opportunities under Producer direction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the industry, active licensing, exceptional customer service, and strong communication to build client relationships and drive growth while upholding IOA values.

Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience
Active licensing
Excellent customer service and communication
Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance requirements are met and no liability occurs.
Lead the account team with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others.
Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
Oversee new business setup, including data gathering, client file creation, communication, and internal services setup.
Coordinate renewals and maintain client relationships with carriers and clients
