You will manage client service, lead the account team, and oversee daily tasks of Account Coordinators, focusing on productivity, renewals, data management, and carrier communications.

The role requires 5+ years of industry experience, active licensing, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, maintain professional communication.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators, assign tasks, communicate expectations.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Manage new business setup, including data gathering, client file creation, and carrier rates.
• Manage renewals by verifying client data and coordinating with clients and carriers.
