Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in government/consulting environments.
• Formal training in experimental design and statistical analysis.
• Proven success designing and evaluating behavioral interventions.
• Strong working knowledge of experimental design and statistics.
• Experience translating academic research into practical solutions.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data solutions.
• Prior work in public sector or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust Clearance.
• Must pass background checks as required by projects.
