Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in relevant field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in organizational, government, consulting, or policy environments.
• Formal training in experimental design, statistics, customer experience, or behavioral research methodologies.
• Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions that influence decision‑making or improve outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of experimental design and interpretation of quantitative results.
• Experience translating academic research into practical, scalable solutions for complex real‑world problems.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams delivering large‑scale data solutions.
• Public sector or mission‑driven work preferred; ability to obtain Federal Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior government stakeholders to translate needs into analytics objectives and develop data integration strategies.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross‑functional teams through the insight process.
