Job summary

Cayuse Holdings seeks a Senior Behavioral Scientist to serve as a technical expert and strategic partner, translating behavioral science into actionable solutions for federal clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams and present to executive leadership to drive high‑impact deliverables.

You will engage with government stakeholders, guide experiments, and develop data‑driven recommendations that enhance compliance and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in government, consulting, or policy environments.
• Formal training in experimental design, statistics, or behavioral research methodologies.
• Proven success designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions.
• Strong working knowledge of experimental design and interpretation of quantitative results.
• Experience translating academic research into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with federal stakeholders to translate complex needs into data-driven analytics objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data‑driven solutions.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide teams through the insight process.
• Present findings to executive leadership and shape policy or program design.
• Evaluate interventions and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Stay current on data engineering trends and analytics methodologies.
