Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Senior Behavioral Scientist to serve as a technical expert and strategic partner, translating behavioral science into actionable policy solutions for federal programs. You will collaborate with clients and senior data scientists to design, test, and optimize interventions aligned with mission goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and present insights to executive leaders, driving timely, high-impact deliverables within federal governance

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (master’s or PhD).
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in government/policy contexts.
• Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate research into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior government stakeholders and translate needs into analytics objectives.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and analysts to deploy data-driven solutions.
• Present findings to executive leadership and influence policy or program design.
