Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager in Everett, WA to lead PBSP development, supervise staff and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent license.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in social work or care services.
• Experience with ASD/ID/DD populations and behavioral supports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PBSPs tailored to each client.
• Train staff on PBSPs and review data weekly.
• Coordinate with teachers, guardians and medical staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and write reports.
