Job summary

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to lead a compassionate, client-centered team under the Director of CHSS. You will supervise BHT staff, manage scheduling and training, and ensure services are delivered safely and in compliance with regulations.

The role focuses on maintaining a therapeutic setting for clients and contributing to a culture of accountability and excellence across JAMHI.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing direct behavioral health services to individuals with severe mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, or intellectual/ developmental disabilities.
• One year in a supervisory or lead role within behavioral health or a related field.
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within residential programs, ensuring services are delivered safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise BHT staff including scheduling, training, and performance support.
• Foster a strong, collaborative team environment and maintain a therapeutic setting for clients.
