Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical setting with mental health disorders and substance use disorder.
• Supervisory experience within Peer Recovery department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations and ensure quality of support to clients.
• Supervise BHT Supervisors and mentor staff.
• Provide regular feedback to management and implement new processes.
• Conduct team meetings and individual supervision sessions.
• Perform crisis intervention and clinical liaison duties as needed.
• Oversee training and development of BHT staff and leads.
• Ensure staff meet department goals and produce timely reports.
• Handle on-call and after-hours coverage as required.
• Hire and train new staff based on department needs.
• Resolve escalated issues and respond to client feedback promptly.
