BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to oversee the BHT team and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. You will work under the Executive Director, coordinating with department leaders and external providers to ensure cost control and program integrity.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to the mission of recovery services.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Experience in substance use disorders treatment preferred.
• Ability to lead corporate and department initiatives.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to monitor activities of individuals in need of treatment.
• Ability to screen for danger to self or others.
• Demonstrated adherence to ethical and behavioral standards.

Aufgaben

• Defines and assigns duties to BHT team members.
• Supervises and schedules the BHTs to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Promotes a healthy recovery environment by coordinating in-house speakers and recovery meetings.
• Audits EHR documentation for timeliness and accuracy.
• Hires, supervises, and engages in corrective action planning.
• Manages payroll for the team.
• Develops annual staffing plans and monitors census.
• Trains BHT staff on admission process and training plans.
• Develops monthly recreational schedules and coordinates resources.
• Attends multi-department meetings to provide milieu observations.
• Oversees Community Meetings led by technicians.
• Manages transportation schedule for admissions and discharges.
• Meets metrics and goals with the Executive Director.
• Promotes corporate initiatives with the Leadership team.
• Collaborates with Clinical and Nursing for treatment fidelity.
• Promotes BriteLife Recovery to clients and employees.
• Leads by example.
