Under the Director of CHSS, you will oversee daily operations in residential programs, ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will supervise BHT staff—scheduling, training, and performance support—while fostering a strong collaborative team environment and upholding high-quality behavioral health

Qualifikationen

• Three years of direct behavioral health services experience with severe mental illness or related conditions.
• One year of supervisory or lead experience in behavioral health.
• Post-secondary education in a related field can substitute for up to two years of experience.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
