Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a senior program leader to collaborate with the Program Coordinator in developing and overseeing multiple clinical programs. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and administrative management, with 50% oversight and program management across daily operations.

You will contribute to program development, supervise staff, and ensure quality outcomes while coordinating scheduling and staff work assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age with related qualifications.
• Associate’s degree plus 3 years of full-time behavioral health experience; Bachelor's preferred with 1 year experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five years acceptable.
• Supervisory experience preferred and encouraged.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Coordinator to develop and implement a sound clinical program.
• Supervise staff and coordinate clinical and administrative functions (50% admin, 50% direct service).
• Ensure sites run smoothly and meet goals.
• Develop written clinical and administrative protocols based on Recovery Based practices.
