Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field is required.
• Minimum five years of applied clinical experience at the licensure level.
• Minimum one year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Active licensure and credentialing as required by state boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned behavioral health programs and service lines.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive services.
• Directly supervise assigned clinical and behavioral health staff and support employee development.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and quality metrics.
