Job summary

Valle del Sol seeks a Clinical Program Supervisor to provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership across behavioral health programs. You will supervise staff, support workforce development, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care aligned with organizational goals.

The role may oversee multiple service lines including GMH, SUD/OTP/MAT, and School-Based services, with accountability for quality, compliance, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum five (5) years of applied clinical experience at the licensure level.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience.
• Experience providing behavioral health services within a community behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned behavioral health programs and service lines.
• Directly supervise assigned clinical and behavioral health staff and oversee staff development.
• Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ADHS/OBHL, accreditation, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program performance metrics, scheduling, budget planning, and service access.
