Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to lead clinical and operational efforts within our behavioral health programs. You will mentor team members, promote best practices, and help ensure quality service delivery across the organization.

The role blends clinical leadership with program operations, requiring collaboration with program directors, clinicians, and community partners to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required or licensure eligibility in behavioral health fields.
• Leadership, supervisory, program coordination, or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation, regulatory requirements, quality assurance processes, and clinical best practices.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance if required for duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while modeling best practices in service delivery and documentation.
• Support treatment planning, care coordination, and clinical compliance activities.
• Assist with admissions, service authorizations, scheduling, staff training, referral management, and documentation compliance.
• Partner with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and program growth initiatives.
• Support regulatory readiness through chart audits, quality reviews, accreditation activities, and compliance with requirements.
