Formación

• Requires 10+ years of relevant experience including service quality programs and health plan operations.
• Requires unrestricted CA license (RN, PA, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in behavioral health from vendor, payer/MBHO, clinical, or hospital settings.
• Experience driving sustainable change across multiple stakeholders focused on continuous quality improvement.
• Vendor/product development and management experience preferred.
• Experience with integrated behavioral/medical health care models preferred.
