Job summary

Valle del Sol is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for behavioral health programs. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, and guide performance improvement while aligning with organizational goals and community needs.

The role requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, licensure, and at least five years of clinical experience with one year in leadership, supervision, and program

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience at the licensure level.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience.
• Active independent-level license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LIAC) in good standing.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within five days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned behavioral health programs and service lines.
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive services.
• Support staff development, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation quality, and outcomes.
• Oversee program operations, staffing, scheduling, and budget considerations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and external partners to ensure integrated care.
