Qualifications

• Minimum five years of applied clinical experience at the licensure level.
• Minimum one year of leadership, supervisory, team lead, or program coordination experience.
• Active Independent-Level License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LIAC) in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Experience providing behavioral health services within a community behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for assigned behavioral health programs and service lines.
• Ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive services.
• Support supervision, risk management, crisis response, and clinical decision‑making.
• Monitor documentation quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff, support development, and ensure supervision is documented.
• Foster collaboration with community partners and interdisciplinary teams.
