Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in behavioral health programs.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage program operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and insurance may be required for transport.
• Experience with program evaluation and outcomes measurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Coordinator to develop and oversee clinical program.
• Lead staff supervision and coordinate clinical and admin functions (50/50).
• Ensure sites run smoothly and meet goals.
• Develop clinical/administrative protocols based on recovery-based practices.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments daily.
• Assist in program evaluation and outcomes tracking.
• Oversee monthly clinical/data audits and quality monitoring.
