NorthCare seeks a senior supervisor to lead program management and clinical teams. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, staff performance, contract implementation with ODMHSAS, and training to ensure compliance and high-quality care.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field and state licensure; a bachelor’s with case management cert is acceptable with leadership experience. Local travel may be required.

Competenze

• A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
• Oklahoma licensure in one of the mental health disciplines is preferred; or a bachelor's with case management certification.

Mansioni

• Supervise and lead the assigned program management and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, workloads, and adherence to agency policies.
• Manage ODMHSAS contracts including implementation, reporting, and staff training.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff; ensure core competencies and timely documentation.
• Maintain and improve clinical records and ensure compliance with funding and accreditation.
• Provide clinical services within scope (intakes, treatment plans, crisis services, care coordination).
• Participate in meetings and quality assurance activities to drive program improvements.
