Job summary

Aptar Beauty North America is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to manage and grow a base of existing and new beauty accounts. This remote role requires residence in NY/NJ with approx. 50% travel across the NY/NJ area.

You will drive growth by leveraging Aptar tools, collaborating with Marketing and Business Development, and leading customer-facing engagements to maximize profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Key Account Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or technical field
• MBA or comparable degree preferred
• Experience in beauty/personal care markets is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a base of existing and new accounts in Beauty North America
• Meet or exceed sales budgets for defined units and revenue
• Develop account plans and call objectives with internal resources
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to grow new technologies
• Lead quarterly business reviews for top customers
• Penetrate targeted customers and upgrade product offerings
