Job summary

Aptar Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales & Business Development to manage and grow our beauty business represented by BTY Plastic Technology.

The role requires building new opportunities within color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance, while aligning with the Marketing and Technical teams to expand profitability and market share. The position supports remote work with a preference for West Coast location and involves frequent travel, up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of Key Account Management experience.
• Knowledge of Beauty market; experience with Asia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Aptar Beauty business representing BTY Plastic Technology.
• Meet revenue and profitability targets; drive growth within existing accounts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, BD, and Technical teams.
• Develop relationships with key customer personnel and conduct quarterly business reviews with customers exceeding $1M in annual sales.
