Nouryon seeks a senior Key Account Manager - Personal Care to drive strategic growth across North America. You will build executive partnerships, identify whitespace opportunities, and influence innovation pipelines with major beauty brands inside a cross-functional team.

You will lead multi-year account plans, expand share of wallet, and guide negotiations, leveraging deep market knowledge in personal care ingredients. Travel 40-60% is required while remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a related field required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in personal care or related markets.
• Proven record managing large strategic accounts and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for revenue growth.
• Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and influence product pipelines.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual business reviews, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline development, pricing, and CRM-driven reporting.
