Croda seeks a Global Key Account Manager for Beauty & Personal Care to lead a strategic partnership with a top customer from its Princeton, NJ base or remotely on the East Coast. You will shape the global account strategy, build senior relationships, and drive pipeline and profitable growth.

You will influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and R&D while coordinating with regional teams to align on a single global account plan and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant global key-account management or strategic-account leadership experience in Beauty & Personal Care or related markets.
• Proven track record leading complex global customer relationships and long-term account strategies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across large global organizations.

Responsibilities
