Job summary

Aptar Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales & Business Development to lead growth for Aptar Beauty.

The role focuses on managing key beauty accounts, expanding business with new prospects in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance, and collaborating with Business Development and Technical teams to drive revenue and profitability. The candidate will work remotely with a West Coast preference and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in business or engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of Key Account Management experience.
• Experience in beauty markets with Asia exposure preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with China manufacturing teams and translate customer needs into actionable manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Account management of specific beauty customers.
• Meet or exceed defined sales budgets for value and sustainable profit.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and plan follow-up meetings.
