Job summary
Legora is hiring a Senior Manager, BDR Operations & Strategy to scale the global top-of-funnel engine. You will own outbound workflows, routing, and sequencing governance, partnering with BDR leadership to optimize processes and drive growth.
You will build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and collaborate across Revenue, Marketing, and Analytics to raise efficiency and enable scalable pipeline generation for a growing AI-powered legal platform.
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years in Revenue/GTM/Sales/Operations roles.
- Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving capability.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern outbound tooling ecosystems.
- Ability to design scalable outbound workflows and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize scalable outbound and pipeline generation workflows.
- Own routing, assignment, and lead/account management processes.
- Support sequencing governance and outbound operational standards.
- Partner with BDR leadership on scaling and optimization.
- Drive consistency across global top-of-funnel motions.
