Job summary

Legora is seeking a Director of Business Operations to own the operating model, planning cadence, and company-wide metric tree across 20+ locations. You will partner with the C-suite and PMO, build the Business Operations team, and drive analytics-driven decision-making for MBR/QBR cycles.

This is a build-and-run leadership role in a fast-growing, global team. You will lead the coordination engine, define decision rights, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution as Legora scales from 250

Qualifications

• 15+ years combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work
• Experience running company-wide planning (OKRs, metric trees, cadence) at large scale
• Strong analytics fluency with data-driven MBR/QBR cadence
• Ability to translate analyses into business cases for investments
• Executive presence and ability to influence in senior rooms
• Builder mindset with ability to set up new operating structures

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model end to end and ensure alignment across teams
• Design and run company-wide planning cadence and metric tree
• Translate metric-tree analysis into business cases for decisions
• Define and enforce the decision-rights framework
• Partner with internal communications across 20+ locations
• Own the business systems backbone (Notion, Slack governance, knowledge mgmt)
• Build and lead the Business Operations team and scale the function
