Job summary

Legora’s Legal Engineering (LE) sits at the center of how Legora wins. The LE team uses data to run pilots, rollout initiatives, and collect deep legal insights for clients.

As we scale the North America team, we need a capable operations professional to keep the engine running. You report to the Global LE Operations Lead and will collaborate with the Head of Legal Engineering (North America) to drive NA initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, or business operations, ideally in high-growth tech or professional services.
• Strong data skills. You can pull, clean, structure, and present numbers clearly, and you're fluent in spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational instincts and clear, concise communication skills.
• A bias toward action and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Data and reporting. Own the numbers behind the LE function. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Tooling and systems. Automate manual work and pilot/rollout trackers with no-code or scripting.
• Strategic projects. Scope work, keep on track, and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Operating cadence. Own weekly updates and monthly performance review cycles, ensuring timely information flow.
• Program support. Assist with pilots and rollouts to deliver repeatable service to clients.
• Talent and onboarding operations. Coordinate hiring pipelines and onboarding processes to ramp new hires quickly.
