Job summary

Skan AI is seeking a Sr. BDR Manager to own inbound and outbound pipeline generation and to lead the BDR team behind it.

You will hire, ramp, coach, and mentor reps while shaping the playbook and targeting strategy for strategic accounts. This hands-on leadership role requires 5–8 years in business development or enterprise sales, including at least 2 years managing a BDR team, with a track record of building a program rather than inheriting one.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in business development or enterprise sales, including 2+ years managing a BDR team.
• Proven ability to hire, ramp, and coach BDRs in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Experience building and owning a pipeline generation program end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's sourced pipeline target and the playbook that produces it.
• Set rep targets, manage attainment, and forecast pipeline with Sales leadership.
• Design and optimize messaging, sequence design, and qualification standards.
• Lead hiring, ramp, training, and coaching of the BDR team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Ops on funnel excellence.
