Job summary

Semperis in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to lead our Americas BDR team. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Hoboken office and oversight of a high-performing group across locations including remote teams in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technology sales or sales management.
• Experience leading people.
• Strong outbound and inbound lead generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job coaching to BDRs and inbound/outbound lead-gen reps.
• Contribute to the sales development playbook and process improvements.
• Monitor KPI metrics and help BDRs improve performance.
• Motivate the team to achieve collective and individual goals.
• Support career development goals for each BDR you lead.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to optimize messaging and prospect lists.
• Partner with Revenue Ops and GTM teams to maximize BDR productivity.
