Semperis in Hoboken, NJ, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development for the Americas. The role leads the Sales Development team, guiding inbound and outbound prospecting, and works in a hybrid schedule with three days in the Hoboken office.

You will build and refine the sales playbook, coach BDRs, align with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops, and help scale a fast-growing cybersecurity startup focused on identity and AD security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B tech sales or inside sales management.
• Proven experience leading people.
• Outbound and inbound lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience scaling a sales development team.
• CRM and sales tooling proficiency (SFDC, Outreach).

Responsibilities

• Lead our North America BDR team and drive outbound/inbound lead gen.
• Coach BDRs and develop the sales development playbook.
• Monitor KPI metrics and help BDRs improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops.
• Recruit BDRs in collaboration with HR.
