Job summary

Simfoni Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and qualify enterprise opportunities. You will leverage ABM strategies and AI-powered tools to create high-quality meetings for the sales team and shape first impressions with senior leaders in procurement, finance, and operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, collaboration with Marketing, and a focus on pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in outbound lead generation or BDR roles.
Proven track record hitting targets using ABM strategies.
Experience with AI-driven sales tools is a bonus.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) desired.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels to engage senior procurement and finance leaders.
Identify target accounts, map decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach using ABM.
Leverage AI-enabled sales platforms to enhance engagement and sequencing.
Set up qualified meetings and discovery calls to feed the pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and ICP lists.
Track performance using CRM and analytics tools and continuously optimize.
