Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams toward strategic goals and drive accountability.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across all organizational levels and external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and digital collaboration tools.
