Job summary

Eastern seeks aSenior Manager/Director of MEP Operations & Business Development to drive growth and execution of our MEP-focused industrial construction business in the United States.

The role requires a proven business development professional with established relationships with owners, EPCs, developers, and industry partners to integrate MEP delivery with business development and expand the project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in an industrial General Contractor environment with a US network of owners, EPCs and developers.
• Experience supporting industrial/infrastructure/public-sector projects in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead business development for MEP opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Define MEP scope, licensing strategy, and delivery models for projects.
• Build and manage relationships with owners, EPCs, GCs, and JV partners.
• Collaborate on preconstruction, pricing, risk, and constructability reviews.
• Travel frequently to client sites, meetings, and industry events.
