Job summary

EASTERN-CONTRACTORS-CORPORATION seeks a Senior Manager or Director of MEP Operations & Business Development to lead growth and execution strategy for our MEP-focused industrial construction business in the United States.

This role requires an established network with owners, EPCs, developers, and industry partners, and the ability to integrate MEP delivery with business development to expand the project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in industrial GC environment with established network among owners, EPCs, developers, and partners in U.S.
• Experience supporting industrial/infrastructure/public-sector projects in the U.S. is required.
• Proven track record of aligning MEP licensing with business growth and execution

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and opportunity leadership for MEP-centric industrial projects.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities where MEP scope is critical (data centers, advanced manufacturing, public infrastructure).
• Lead go/no-go decisions balancing margin, risk, and execution capability.
• Develop MEP delivery models (self-perform, licensed subs, JV) and partnering strategies.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Construction to define MEP scope and execution strategy.
