Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL seeks a senior Manager 3 in Business Development for the B-2 program. You will lead enterprise strategy, manage the pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the Air Dominance Division.

Travel up to 35% and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required. This role interfaces with senior government customers, contributes to campaign strategies, and shapes mission-focused architectures and cost solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience or advanced degrees with applicable field.
• Minimum 10 years’ military experience with operational bomber time.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Department of War and USAF procurement and acquisition processes.
• Experience with B-2 and/or B-52 mission requirements.
• Ability to travel at least 35%.
• Need to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the B-2 program within the B-2 and Air Combat Systems Business Unit, coordinating across functional teams.
• Manage and grow the opportunity pipeline through strategic customer outreach and targeted campaign planning.
• Oversee all aspects of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP), including growth strategy development and capture planning.
• Actively engage with customers, government representatives, and Northrop Grumman leadership.
• Develop briefings, white papers, and RFI responses that articulate mission value.
• Convene and lead multi-functional teams to develop discriminators and strategies.
• Represent Northrop Grumman at events to enhance visibility and relationships.
