Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 3, Business Development – Strategy & Program Development (B-2) to lead enterprise strategy, program development, and new business growth for the B-2 Sustainment and Modernization efforts. The role spans multiple locations and requires collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Minimum 10 years’ military experience with operational bomber time.
• Knowledge of DoW and USAF procurement and acquisition processes.
• Demonstrated experience with B-2 and/or B-52 mission requirements.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel at least 35% and obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the B-2 program within the B-2 and Air Combat Systems Unit, coordinating across functional teams.
• Manage and grow the opportunity pipeline through customer outreach and campaign planning, focusing on DoD interfaces and related programs.
• Oversee the Business Acquisition Process from growth strategy to capture plan and review gates.
• Engage with customers and government representatives, translating mission needs into differentiating solutions.
• Develop briefings, white papers, and RFI responses articulating mission value and technical advantages.
• Convene cross-functional teams to develop mission discriminators and innovative architectures.
